Howard of Fort Wayne; his parent Stevan; his siblings, Kathy Simpson of Fort Wayne, Angi Willman of Fort Wayne, Brandi Mangus of West Virginia, Carrie Crowder of West Virginia and Barry Crawford of West Virginia; and also, Mildred "Ann" Akers of Fort Wayne, Suzanne and Collins of West Virginia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
