She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Estell and Mary Zerelda Hawkins (Lyon); her spouse Dickie "Dick" Lee McCammon; and her brother Eugene Hawkins. She is survived by: her children, Dana L. Whatley (Bradley) of Hartford City, Mary Kay Jenek (Bobbi Siccardi) of Winchester and David Allen McCammon (Susie) of Denver, CO; her grandchildren, Kevin Cochran, Danny Cochran (Megan), Mikayla McCammon, Brandon Smith (Monika), Abigil Workman (Kyle), Zachary Adams (Peggy) and Joshua McCoun; her nephew Craig Hawkins; her niece Kathy Bozeman (Greg); and her caregiver Sandy. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
