He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lewis Duncan and Sally Marie Duncan (Myrick); and his son Shawn Patrick Duncan. He is survived by: his wife Ruth L. Duncan (Kirk) of Dunkirk; and his children, Thea Duncan of Hartford City, Amber Duncan (Max Muhlenkamp) of Portland, Shad A. Duncan (Amanda) of Greenville, OH and Desiree M. Duncan of Dunkirk.
