He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lee Wine Sr. and Gladys C. Walker-Wine (Regan); and his siblings, Raymond Lee Wine Jr., Paul M. Walker, Patty Lou Strait, Debra Jo Fogle, Bernie Ray Walker, Herman Lee Walker and Glenna Mae Yates.
He is survived by: his siblings, Randy J. Wine of Hartford City, Anna C. Miller of Poneto and Betty Jean Stefanski (Bob) of Ossian. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
