He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Austin Coons and Julia Marie Coons (Horton). He is survived by: his sons, Troy Allen Coons of Montpelier, IN and Dennis Dewayne Coons (Tina) of Hartford City, IN; and his grandchildren, Dusten Coons (Sarah) of Evansville, IN, Darren Coons (Brandy) of Hartford City, IN and Kaleigh Coons Bales of Van Buren, IN. He is also survived by 9 Great Grandchildren, and several Step Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
