He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert J. Carll and Effie Carll (Lanning); his grandson Cody Osborn; and his siblings, Charles J. Carll, Leo Carll, Bud Carll and Mary Alice Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Anna P. Carll (Brenner) of Hartford City; his children, Teresa Ann George (Paul Fear) of Springfield, Julie Lynn Osborn (J. C.) of Woodburn, IN and Randy Allen Carll (Pilan Whitehawk) of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Dustin George (Amy), Brandon George, Cole Osborn and Daylon Carll; his stepgrandson Brandon Fear (Britni); and his great grandchildren, Baylor George, Nevaeh George, Layla Fear, Stella Fear and Cassidi Fear. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
