It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Stafford (Hartford City, Indiana), who passed away on March 25, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Stafford and Amy Elizabeth Stafford; his wife Helen Marie of Connecticut; his children, Lisa Stafford (Andi) and Todd Stafford (Elizabeth); his grandsons, Luigi Zaca and Julliano Zaca; his siblings, Robert (Ruth), Eugene and Joyce Christman; and his sister-in-law Diane Guggenheim. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
