He is survived by: his mother Nadine Anita Ellwood (Wagner) of Malvern, Ohio; his wife Teresa L. Doublin (Cale) of Hartford City; his daughter Amanda L. Doublin (Shawn Thornburgh) of Hartford City; his grandchild Landen J. Wilson; his siblings, Mike D. Doublin (Brenda), Dorothy "Dot" J. Rinderle (David), Ellen E. Myers (Jeff), Chad Ellwood, Michelle McCarty, Jaime Ellwood and Gary M. Grantham; and his children, Foundation, Meridian Street and Suite.
