He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Miller and Alice Elizabeth Miller (Poole); and his siblings, George Miller, Johnny Miller, Ronald Miller, Donald Miller, Linda Ervin, Betty Davis and Carolyn Scheidt.
He is survived by: his wife Dixie A. Miller (Palmer) of Hartford City; his children, Perry L. Miller II (Sharon Hendricks) of Hartford City and Christina "Chris" K. Case of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Ian C. Miller (Katelyn), Chasen Edmonds (McKenzie French), Danielle L. Byall (Tanner) and Jesse W. Case; his great grandchildren, Aubree Rose Miller and Koa Rush Byall; and his sister Barbara Holms (Gene) of Marion. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family is requesting everyone that comes to the funeral home to pay their respects to please wear a mask.
