He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul J. Miller and Barbara R. Miller (Endsley). He is survived by: his children, Paul Ryan Miller of Trafalgar, IN, Ethan T. Miller of Marion and Morgan N. Miller of Gas City; his grandchildren, Elijah Miller and Penelope Herrera Miller; and his sister Paula K. Arnold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
