He was predeceased by: his father Richard Hartnett; and also Judith Ann Biddle. He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph "Joe" Hartnett of Hartford City, Nancy Scott (Tim) of Florida, Larry Biddle (Patricia) of Ossian, Kimberly "Kim" Banter of Montpelier, John Biddle (Mimi) of Virginia and Debra Biddle of Florida; his stepfather William Biddle of Marion; his daughter Brandy Percy of Huntington; his grandchildren, Devin Banter, BreAnna Banter, Catelynn Herrera, Kyle Banter (Ronica) and Erica Vest; his great grandchildren, Kinzleigh, Kiera, Weston, Oaklyn, Liam, Baylor, Lyla and Taylen; and his nieces and nephews, James Wyatt, Matthew Wyatt, Amanda Wyatt, Robbie Decker, Dustin Sutton, Brittany Cohen and Andrew Biddle.
