He is survived by: his children, Tracy L. Monroe of Camby, IN, Michael C. Ruhl and Michelle L. Monroe; and his siblings, Judy Brown, Bob Monroe (Sarah), Toni Haden, Jack Monroe, Donnie Monroe, Danny Monroe, Lora Jo Wilhems (Pat), Debbie Monroe and Betty Lou VanHorn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
