She was predeceased by: her parents, William Perry Hoover Sr. and Mildred Irene Hoover (Fraze); her daughter Wanda L. Porter; and her siblings, Vivian Campbell, Frances Moore, William Perry Hoover Jr. and Henry Jack Hoover.
She is survived by: her husband John Rudolph Weist; and her children, Jane E. Moreland of Hartford City, John Dean Weist (Janet) of Raleigh-Durham, NC, Darrell W. Weist (Dorothea) of Davidson, MI and Tim Weist (Cyndia) of Bluffton. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
