It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn F. Templeton of Hartford City, Indiana, born in Huntington, Indiana, who passed away on May 22, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Frank Stetzel and Lena Stetzel (Schultz); her husband Edward Smith Templeton; her former husband Gerald Helwig; her son William Franklin Helwig; her grandchildren, Michael Campbell and Tonya Espy; and her siblings, Betty James, Jeannette Wells, Miriam Snyder and Fredrick Stetzel.
She is survived by: her children, Darlene K. Elkins (Paul) of Sturgis, MI and Raymond Allen Helwig (Marsha) of Hartford City; her grandchildren, Ginger Campbell, Christina Rogers and Thomas Beeching; and her brother Delmar Stetzel (Phyllis) of Huntington. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
