She is survived by: her husband Jack L. Smith; her son Steven L. Smith (Rosalie) of Winter Haven, FL; her grandsons, Jason Smith (Lisa) and Jonathan Smith (Esther); her great grandchildren, Malayna Smith, Madison Smith, Mazie Smith, Amanda Smith and Amelia Smith; and her daughter Pam Bolt (O'Connell). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
