She was predeceased by: her brother Marvin N. Adkins II; and her great grandchild Nevaeh Ann Hayworth. She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Ann; her son-in-law Christopher L. Collis of Hartford City; her grandchildren, Marvin N. Adkins, III (Raelynn Howard), Jestine Lynn (Brandon Hayworth) and William Lee Collis; her great grandchildren, Nariah Lee-Ann Hayworth and Jackson L. Collis; and her sister Marilyn L. Duane DuBois of Hartford City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
