He was predeceased by: his father Loyd Dean Dodge Sr.; and his wife Sue Warner. He is survived by: his mother Sharon Bernice Dodge (Martin) of Hartford City; his children, J. J. Warner (Betty) of Hartford City and Kristina Smith (Rickey) of Muncie; his grandsons, Tommy Owens, Christopher Collis, Scotty Collis and Damian Hayes (Megan); his great grandchild Scotty Collis III; and his siblings, Darwin Dodge of Hartford City and Darnell Marie Fifer of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
