She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Robert Hornbaker and Bette Deloras Hornbaker (Adams); and her sister Connie Ann Hornbaker. She is survived by: her husband Paul S. Garrett of Hartford City; her sons, Robert R. Garrett (Zera) of Hartford City and Michael S. Garrett (Christina) of Hartford City; her grandchildren, Nicholas Garrett, Mackenzie Garrett, Caulier Garrett, Jonathan Setser, Jessica Setser, Izbela Phillips, Rosie Phillips and Jazzy Phillips; her great grandchild Levi Garrett; and her sisters, Rita M. Yeakle of Jonesboro and Kay E. Bell (Larry) of Hartford City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
