He was predeceased by: his parents, Lew Thomas "Tom" Ball, Sr. and Rita Joice Ball (Sargent); and his grandmother Lucille Sargent-Blair (Jenkins). He is survived by: his sisters, Elizabeth Lucille "Libby" Tyra (Dave B.) of Hartford City and Cindy E. Ball-Southwick of Hartford City; and his nieces, Amber N. Southwick, Grace M. Tyra, Rachelle L. Weaver and Nicole E. Duke (Kyle A.).
