He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Richard Riggs and Wilma Merea Riggs (Slusher); and his sister Lynn K. Hess. He is survived by: his daughter Emily Ann Stephens (Zach) of Hartford City; his granddaughter Audramae Stephens; and his siblings, Ronald L. Riggs (Beth) of Tennessee, Kim Riggs of Florida and Amy Rigby (Randy) of Bluffton.
For the safety of our community due to Covid-19 virus, there will be a private family visitation and funeral service.
