Wilson (Breanna) and Chris B. Wilson; his great grandchildren, Paislee Wilson and River Wilson; his brothers, Michael Dean, Angel Bell of Warren and Clifford Lee Bell (Jennifer Overla) of Hartford City; his nieces and nephews, Jessica, Kayla, Damon and Bianca; his daughter Heidi Marie Owens; his brother Kenneth W. Bell; and his niece TaNay. He was also cherished by 7 great-nieces and great-nephews.
