He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen L. Pulley and Glades Pearl Pulley (Keller); and his wife Vicki Ann Pulley. He is survived by: his children, Cara Sweigart, Jessica Dargo (Phil) and Brian Pulley (Vered); his stepdaughter Kasey Jones; his grandchildren, Devon Pulley (Morgan), Ethan Pulley, Ella Pulley, Savanah Sweigart, Cameron Sweigart, Austin Orme (Samantha), Hannah Drago and Jenna Drago; his great grandchild Elliott Pulley; and his siblings, Dwight G. Pulley (Kathleen) of Hartford City, Max T. Pulley (Sujane) of Wooster, OH and Phyllis M. Millspaugh (Danny) of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
