He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil J. Kellogg and Zelma M. Kellogg (Peck). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann Kellogg (Lanning) of Hartford City; his children, Lori A. Bragg of Hartford City and Curtis J. Kellogg (Robin) of Marion; his grandchildren, Travis Scott Whitton (Leah), Brandon J. Kellogg and Brea Ketring (Bo); and his sister Donna M. Shatto of Bluffton. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
