Heflin of Hartford City; her sons, James "Jim" M. Heflin (Cheryl K.) of Hartford City and Jeffery "Jeff" W. Heflin of Dunkirk; her grandchildren, James "Jimmy" M. Heflin II (Sam), Devon M. Heflin, Amanda D. Vaughn (Paul), Joseph T. Pohl, John E. Heflin, Rachel Heflin and Cameron W. Besser; her great grandchildren, Clayton Heflin, Rilley Heflin, Logan Heflin, Ava Lynn Pohl, Audrey Pohl, James Jessup and Eliana Jessup; her daughter-in-law Phyllis Heflin-Jones of New Castle; and her brothers, Paul Tincher (Marie) of South Bend and David Tincher of Dunkirk. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
