He was predeceased by: his mothers, Jeanette Dorothy (Cukrowicz) and Helen M. Bennett; and his siblings, Ronnie D. Bennett and Sandra S. Willmann. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie E. Bennett (Johnson) of Muncie; his children, Krista K. Bermeo (Perry W. Mihalakos) of Indianapolis and James P. Bennett of Anderson; and his siblings, Richard M. Yount of Palm Springs, CA, Lara Kay Woods of Hartford City and Denise L. Schull (Dave) of LaGrange. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
