It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelsie Renae Ring (Hartford City, Indiana), born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on July 18, 2018, at the age of 18, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandmother Beth Parker. She is survived by: her parents, Robie Ring (Tracy) of Ossian, IN and Misty Garrett of Auburn, IN; her sister Jordyn Ring of Auburn, IN; her stepbrother Justin Downs of Ossian, IN; her grandparents, Bill Rains and Carolyn Rains; and also Paternal.
