She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Burton Johnson and Lenora Marie Johnson (Younts); her stepmother Maxine "Micky" Louise Johnson; and her sister Carolyn Ann Johnson. She is survived by: her husband David "Dave" Richard Hamilton of Hartford City; her children, Lisa M. Simmons (John) of Hartford City and Corey E. Flint (Amber) of Muncie; her grandchildren, Preston Flint, Alex Simmons, Hannah Simmons and Grace Simmons; and her siblings, Elizabeth Jane Fuller (Wayne) of Hartford City, Rebecca Jo "Becky" Warner (Michael) of Matthews, Robert "Rob" Paul Johnson (Kim) of Yorktown, Cindy Michelle Baker (Mike) of Hartford City, Michael Wayne Pratt (Barbara) of Spring Valley, CA, Timothy R. Pratt of Sand Diego, CA, Sharyl Lynn Pratt of Hartford City, David A. Pratt (Jeanette Rittenour) of Northern, IN and Dennis B. Pratt (Pam) of Union City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
