She was predeceased by: her son Jonathan L. Kelly. She is survived by: her parents, Paul J. Perry and Shelby J. Perry (Justice) of Hartford City; her sons, Jack Kelly Jr. (Angie) of Gas City and James "Jamie" Kelly (Liz) of Bluffton; her grandchildren, Nedra Kelly, Daniel Kelly, Justin Kelly and Jadin Kelly; her brothers, Bill Perry (Catherine Sweeney) of Louisville, KY and Russell Perry (Shelly) of Hartford City; and her close friend Cyndi Bisel of Muncie. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
