She is survived by: her husband Charles "Hezzie" Ridgeway; her children, Joanna Oxley (John) of Hartford City and Billy Dean Meacham (Sharon) of Dunkirk; and her grandchildren, Pam Smith (Dennis), Trisha Cameron (Gregg), Dawn M. Cruz (Jose), Chad Meacham (Tamara), Michael Sands (Meagan), Bryan Sands, Chad Oxley (Dawn Winger-Forrester), Tobey Oxley (Merridth), Steve Oxley (Vickie) and Abby Rex (Keith). She is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
