Joan Ladd Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ladd (Hartford City, Indiana), who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ira Edward "Hap" Burnworth and Mary Burnworth (Bonham); her brothers, Joe Burnworth and Edward J. Burnworth; and her siblings-in-law, Susan and Bob Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband William "Taylor" Ladd of Delphi; her children, Rev. Todd G., Rhonda Ladd of Delphi, Lori and Dave Chesney of Thamesford Ontario, Canada; her grandchildren, David Chesney (Kelli), Joshua Chesney (Michelle), Meghan Chesney, Jordan Ladd, Elijah Ladd and Hannah Ladd; her great grandchildren, Emma Chesney, Georgia Chesney, Isabelle Chesney, Lucy Chesney, Patrick Chesney and Sean Chesney; and her siblings-in-law, Kelly Burnworth of Leesburg, IN, Jane Burnworth of Hartford City, Don and June Ladd of Hartford City. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
