He is survived by: his parents, Ernest "Ernie" P. DuBois of Hartford City and Lisa Gay McCormick of Muncie; his brother Joshua G. McCormick (Melissa A.); his nieces, Marrissa and Marlee McCormick; and his uncles, Lenn Duane DuBois (Marilyn), Claudia E. Ford (Dean M.), John McCormick (Tereasa), Michele Rouse and Sandra "Cookie" McDaniel.
