She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Myron Shaw Sr. and Garnet M. Shaw (Ruble); her spouse Pat O'Connell; and her brother Dean Shaw Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Nena A. Miller II (Paul) of Hartford City and Kelly S. O'Connell (Carlos Taylor) of Muncie; her grandchildren, Brandon Wardrip (Sabrina Sloan), Shawn Wardrip and Hannah Miller-Fitzsimmons (Christopher Fitzsimmons); her great grandchildren, Christian Fitzsimmons and Irelynn Wardrip; her brother Jerry Dee Shaw (Carolyn) of Hartford City; and her sister-in-law Jackie Shaw of Florida. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
