She is survived by: her children, Laurie M. Cape of Bowling Green, KY and James B. "Jim" Teegarden (Heidi) of Boulder, CO; her grandchildren, Claire B. Teegarden, Cole M. Teegarden, Karly J. Teegarden, Kate I. Teegarden, Samuel A. Thomas, Olivia Z. Thomas and Lucy R. Cape; her great grandchild Walker W. Thomas; and her siblings, Anne Gothrup (Clifford) of Hartford City, Paul Barger (Lisa) of Marion and Dale Barger of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
