He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fred Lewis and Julia Marie Lewis-Weaver (Day). He is survived by: his wife Gail Marie Lewis of Harford City; his children, Lora Lynn Lewis of Indianapolis, Dawn R. Scher of Hartford City, Timothy Shawn Willmann (Becky) of Dunkirk and Mathew D. Willmann (Kelly) of Hartford City; and his siblings, Timothy D. Lewis of Montpelier, Lisa D. Garrett (Rea) of Summitville and Steven Lewis. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
