He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Linda Sells Glidden; his children, Tom (Sabrina), Tim (Patty), Ted (Cathy), Terry S (Melissa), Bob Carrell (Sharon) and Ginny Blosser (Jason); and his parents, Mura Glidden and Earl Glidden.
In recent years he volunteered locally with the Second Harvest Food Bank – often in unseen ways – sometimes traveling across Indiana to save donated meats and produce by bringing them back to help people in Delaware County and surrounding areas.
