Rinker (Willmann); his wife Betty June Rinker of Hartford City; his children, Steven Lee Rinker (Sally) of Hartford City, Randall James Rinker (Cheri) of Hartford City and Pamela Sue Roush (Kent) of Marion; his grandchildren, Kyle Rinker (Krista), James Rinker (Jessica), Laurissa Rinker, Lyndsey Jarvis, Ashley Walls (Jeremy), Shelby Maddox (Dennis), Kari Richardson (Josh) and Travis Roush (Erin); his great grandchildren, Blake Rinker, Ashton Wamsley, Cohen Walls, Kendyl Walls, Carter Richardson, Alex Richardson, Sam Roush, Emma Roush, Ben Roush, Adelynn Rinker, Hunter Jarvis and Gunner Maddox; and his siblings, Gwen Rinker (Betty) of Kendallville, Elonda Pethtel of Hartford City and Reda Belle Nottingham (Merrill) of Byrdstown, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
