He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrold J. Dollar and Lucy Levina Dollar (Blevins); his wife Norma Norene Dollar (Porter); his daughter Judith L. Jacobs; and his siblings, Dean Dollar and Josephine Butterfield.
He is survived by: his children, Tami A. Gipson (Walter) of Hartford City, Jefferson I. Dollar (Sharon) of Indianapolis, Walter J. Dollar of Angola and Dawn L. Cole (David) of Zionsville; and his siblings, Connie Whitesell of Hartford City, Crystal Bailey of Hartford City, Aceup Dollar of Marion and Katherine Sprunger of Geneva. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great-grandchildren.
