We are sad to announce that on November 15, 2018, at the age of 83, Howard L. Woolard (Hartford City, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his daughter Janie E. Woolard; and his siblings, Marion Woolard, Freda Anderson, Crystal Corn, Marcia Hiser and Betty Richardson.
He is survived by: his parents, Fredrick Cleo Woolard and Effie L. Woolard (Elliott); his wife Lois J. Woolard of Hartford City; his daughters, Kristie L. Woolard of Hartford City and Anne M. Pook (Richard) of Woodbury, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Sara Pook, Brian Pook (Laura) and Kaylee Woolard; his great grandchild Evan G. Pook; and his sister Thelma Revis of Gas City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
