With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Townsend of Hartford City, Indiana, who passed away on August 14, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hardin and Mildred Hardin; her husband Wayne Townsend; her brothers, Lowell and Russell Hardin; and her son-in-law Paul McHone.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve and Jay; her grandchildren, Richard (Amy), James (Kristy), Jonathan, Emerson and Oliver; her son Mark; her grandchildren, Katherine (Andy Glover), Hanna (Kyle Moore) and Ben; her daughter Lisa McHone; her grandchildren, Jenni, Ann, Katie (Kemmon Jones), Chris and Liz; her great grandchild Steve; her son Alan; her grandchildren, Aja (Doug Pirtle), Jay and Jack (Megan Stebbins); her great grandchildren, Greta, Colette, Celia, Sophie, Ethan, Payton, Moss and Logan; and also, Sarah (Ryan Smith) and Jacob. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
