He is survived by: his wife Judy Alfrey of Hartford City; his stepsiblings, Delbert C. of Hartford City and Sharon A. of Wheeling; and also, Hughes Jr. of Hartford City and Loser of Wheeling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
