He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ida Mae Alborg, Amy June Welch, Worden "Willie" Earl Welch and Richard "Richie" Paul Welch. He is survived by: his wife Sherry A. Welch of Hartford City; his children, Ara Shea Welch of Muncie and Seth A. Miniear; his father Richard O. Welch of Hartford City; his siblings, Veronica Joan "Joni", Mary Ann Corvin of Goshen, Tina Marie Skinner and Bobbie J. Willett of Hartford City; his sister-in-law Pam Welch of Hartford City; and his friend Chris Townsend of Hartford City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
