He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Arthur Moorman II and Mable Irene Moorman (Adkins); his wife Anne Moorman (Perry); and his brother Edward Eugene Moorman. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Darlene Musselman (Larry) of Cape Coral, Annette Elaine Johnson (Jeff) of Fort Wayne, Kelly Lynn Moorman of Huntington and Frederick "Fred" Arthur Moorman IV; his grandchildren, Jamie Musselman (Shari), Dustin Musselman (Melissa), Shae Mensch (Tommy), Ian Thornson (Kelli), Dane Johnson, Austin Moorman (Angie Kay) and Gavin Moorman; and his great grandchildren, Jackson Musselman, Kaden Musselman, Audrey Musselman, Kyler Musselman, Logan Musselman, Keira Musselman, Thomas Mensch, Margot Mensch, Karson Thornson and Kohen Moorman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
