He is survived by: his son Jeffery A. Norris (Heidie J.) of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Sierra Adkins, Matao Adkins, Michelle Norris, Michael Norris and Maria Adkins; and his nieces and nephews, Roy Piercy (Cora), Dean Piercy (Wanda), Carolyn Chapman, Brian Piercy (Kham) and Franklin "Earl" Piercy. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren, several other nieces and nephews.
