He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett LeRoy and Opal Mae Stroud (Huggins); and his siblings, Dick Stroud and Barbara Kellogg. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his daughters, Sandi Circle (Huntington) and Cindie Neterer (Brad); his grandchildren, Robyn Egry (Joe), Beth Sell (Drew), Kyle Circle (Sandi) and Katie McEvoy (Brian); his great grandchildren, Eli, Ean, Liam, Hattie, Lillee and Landon; and his brother Bill Stroud.
