With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene William Hess of Hartford City, Indiana, born in Newark, Ohio, who passed away on December 17, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hess "Hess" and Anne Hess (Lewis). He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandy" A. Hess (Kirkwood) of Hartford City; his children, Diane Hess of New Castle, Michael Hess (Lara) of Eaton, Daphne Clark (Robert) of Fort Wayne and Kyle Hess (Heidi) of Hartford City; his grandchildren, Devin Hess, Kendall Hess, Gabbriel Handel (Brandon), Alisha Hess, Thomas Hess, Grant Hess and Megan Clark; and his sisters, Helen Wycoff of Tennessee, Patricia Mount (Dick) of Colorado and Mary Green of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
