He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Jackson and Edith May Holstein (Hager); his wife Patricia Ann Holstein (Tedder); and his siblings, Macel Williams, Connie Parons, Juanita Thomas, Ramona McCormick, Vallie Turley and Jackie Holstein.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda D. Williams (Greg A.) of Hartford City and Keith A. Holstein (Angel) of Corinth, MS; his grandchildren, Jared T. Holstein, Katrina A. Holstein and Stephen D. Corn; and his siblings, Zona Linvill of Wheeling, IN and Roger Holstein. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
