He was predeceased by: his parents, David Schwarzkopf and Mary Schwarzkopf (Downhour); his wife Ada Jane Markin; his daughters, Barbara Franklin and Belinda Schwarzkopf; and his siblings, Martel Todd and Dan Schwarzkopf.
He is survived by: his daughter Beth Fields (George); his son-in-law Steve Franklin; and his brothers, Doyne Schwarzkopf (Charlotte) and Don Schwarzkopf (Carol). He is also survived by several grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
