He was predeceased by: his daughter Angela M. Collins; and his stepson Micheal R. Campbell. He is survived by: his parents, Billie Bob Collins and Marie Collins (Alexander); his spouse Darlene K. Collins (Helwig); his children, Cheryl Collins Baker (Robert) of Middletown, OH and Shannon Joe Collins; his stepchildren, Ginger M. Campbell of Hartford City, IN, Christina M. Rogers of Hartford City, IN and Thomas S. Beeching of Hartford City, IN; and his stepfather John Godby (Joyce Cole) of Seymour, IN. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren.
