He is survived by: his children, Patrick D. Yates of Florida, Sean H. Glickman of Florida, Sharon E. Yates of Marion, Connie J. Snider of Cloverdale, Tony Allison of Florida and Cindy James of Franklin; and his sister Janice Cullen of Indianapolis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
