She is survived by: her children, Charles "Charlie" F. Coons (Maria) of Fort Wayne and Pamela "Pam" I. Coons (Terry) of Hartford City; her stepchildren, Michael Small of North Bend, John Small of California and Deborah Coons of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Jamie Bartlett (Jefferson), Chelsea Coons, Ashlan Coons, Austin Coons, Zoe Coons and Christopher Coons; her great grandchild Lincoln Bartlett; her close friend Ronald D. Hartley of Hartford City; and her siblings, Evelyn McMillan of Fort Wayne, Ellen Claylor (Kevin) of Wabash and Albert McMillan of Wabash. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Keplinger Funeral Home (509 N High St, Hartford City, IN 47348). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
